The Vine is led by a CEO who does not just understand property management in theory — she has lived it from every angle. Before founding The Vine, she ran her own property management consulting company where she coached and trained property managers, CEOs, CFOs, and facilities directors on how to build efficient teams that win together.
She brings a rare combination of deep operational expertise — from understanding how properties anatomically function, to projecting and coordinating future development — and a genuine commitment to the people inside them.
